Everyone agrees: the best employees for upcoming tasks are to be found in our own company. In order to continuously develop these “high potentials”, to boost solid and practical specialist knowledge and to promote individual strengths, the management of a car dealer with 10 locations and 700 employees decided to start a personnel development program.

Contents are conveyed from business administration to time management, labor law, rhetoric and conflict management to etiquette rules. In addition to classroom training and individual coaching sessions, the program is accompanied by our self-consulting platform. The goal of this combination of online and offline training – individually and in groups – is to create long lasting competitive advantages in the market by continuously improving specialists and managers plus cross-location cooperation.
