In order to further improve corporate performance, the asw Automobile GmbH & Co. KG’s top management has decided to introduce a management trainee program. The aim of this program is to identify and promote future managers. We accompany asw Automobile in the program’s development and delivery – from selection of candidates to design/training and implementation. The program called/named “asw has talent” covers all relevant areas to prepare the trainees for their future management functions. The trainees participate in seminars on business management, communication, time management, rhetoric and conflict management as well as business behaviour and style. In addition, every trainee receives individual training sessions. The current program is a success – some of the trainees have already effectively started to take on management functions within the company. The program is launched every other year and is part of the company’s human resources planning.
